• 1 Week Replacement Warranty on vibrating items. In the event of a defect or damage, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide photos & video evidence. Notifications received after the deadline will be rejected. We must receive the item in its original packaging and condition. If there are signs of mishandling, missing accessories, and/or tampered, loose, or missing parts, the warranty will be voided.

II. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every sale is final. There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you received is deemed defective or damaged. 

III. SHIPPING POLICY

• We are not liable for late or lost shipments caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping information, acts of God, or natural disasters.
